The Real Way To Find Your Passion

Waiting to find your passion is counterproductive to finding it.

Passion means loving what you do (on most days). Passion means not dreading Monday every week. Passion means not living for the weekends.

But chances are that if you’re here reading on a smartphone or laptop and paying $5 a month for this platform, you’re already reasonably well-off. Yet, ask yourself this — Do I love what I do? When I go to bed each night, do I look forward to the next day? If not, keep reading.

I spent much of the past couple of years waiting, hoping, and praying to find my passion. I thought that it was something I was supposed to discover through luck and the right timing. Boy, was I wrong.

I did all the wrong things. That’s how I discovered the actual way to find one’s passion. My aim with this article is to save you all the time and energy I and so many others have wasted whilst trying to find our passion.

Before I tell you what to do to find your passion, let me tell you what not to do.

Don’t keep waiting.

Simply waiting to find your passion without taking any action is not a plan, it’s a fantasy. It’s not a goal, it’s a wish.

If you simply keep waiting and hoping, you’ll find your life to be stagnated after a while. Stagnation is far worse than not finding your passion. Because stagnation will eat away at even the tiny amount of passion you have inside of you.
