Artem brings with him experience in the creation of legislation that is specific to blockchain technology and the fintech industry.

Artem has been working with the Test Pilot law firm as a lawyer and entrepreneur. His specific area of competency is in the development of legal frameworks of blockchain -based startups.

He has successfully been involved in the development the legal documentation for a myriad of successful ICOs.

He is skilled in the creation of registration documentation for blockchain startups as well as the legal framework required to run successful ICO crowdfunding campaigns. He will be actively working with the legal department to ensure that all aspects of legal regulations are adhered to.

He has particular insight when it comes to adhering to the regulations set up by the SEC. Additionally, some Poseidon new data handling regulations are being developed by the European Union to ensure that the cryptocurrency industry is regulated. Other countries like Singapore, China and Malaysia that are also creating their own regulations and any cryptocurrency that wants to have a global reach needs to find a way to adhere to the regulations.

Artem Kobrin has also successfully helped existing blockchain-based firms integrated the new KYC and AML requirements. Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering protocols require a legal mind that can combine the knowledge of blockchain technology and legal requirements. Artem has successfully helped ICOs and established cryptocurrency startups to adopt these measures.
